QUALITY POLICY

The quality policy of AAIC L.L.C is stated as follows;
The policy of AAIC LLC is to stand committed in its endeavor to execute contracts to the entire satisfaction if its Clients/Customers to the updated regulatory and statutory requirements within the stipulated period and budgeted costs.
The Organization shall ensure the implementation of this policy through:
1.1 Total commitment of top Management to the Quality Management System, and the encouragement of all employees to take active part in its implementation through proper training.
1.2 To generate quality awareness among all its employees though posters, signs etc.
1.3 Planning and sourcing the right inputs to achieve the Quality requirements.
1.4 To provide the best value for money to the Client by providing best services, analysing and rectifying defects or non-conformities during execution of all activities.

HSE POLICY

AAIC LLC stands committed to protect the Health and Safety of its Employees, Customers, Visitors and the community at large and protect the physical environment in which the company's construction activities are carried out.
The Management and staff of AAIC are committed to:

  • Ensuring that our services meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
  • Ensuring the safety and welfare of our staff and the protection of our assets.
  • Ensuring the prevention of any impact on the environment resulting from our actions.
  • Complying with all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental legislations and other requirements.
  • To identify the hazards (the potential for harm) assess the risks (the likelihood of that harm being realized) and manage those risks.
  • To maintain work equipment in a safe state and provide both safe systems of work and a safe working environment for employees and all who work on our behalf.
  • Periodically review the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the HSE management systems.
  • Strive to prevent any incidents, occupational illness or exposures which could cause harm to people and damage to properties and assets and the environment and maintain Emergency Plans to reduce risks and adverse effects.
  • Make every effort to protect the environment and prevent pollution, to minimize consumption of materials, to promote reuse and recycling of wastes and adopt best practice on waste management.
  • Strive to achieve continual improvement of the HSE management system and related performance.
  • To prevent accidents and cases of work related ill-health.
These commitments will be achieved by:
  • Establishing and maintaining a documented Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (HSEMS) that will meet international standards.
  • Ensuring procedures, programme and guidelines are in place to support the HSEMS
  • Providing the necessary resources for the implementation of the Management System.
  • Communicating the Company's HSE policy and Objectives to relevant parties including its employees and customers.
